Post: RSETI DirectorESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:-
i. Post Graduate degree viz. MSW / M.A in Rural Development / M.A in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.A. with B.Ed. etc. The candidate should have flair for teaching with Computer Knowledge.
AGE LIMIT (as on 01.10.2012)
i. Maximum: - 45 years as on 01.10.2012. However, in case of non-availability of candidates in the said age group, a retired person / VRS optee from Public SectorBank / Gramin Bank shall be preferred.
DESIRABILITY:-
ii. Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead Districts Managers /Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc., shall be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
a. Supervise / monitor the RSETIs, conduct trainings as per guidelines of RDF/MoRD/NAR/DRDA or such other institutes
b. Report to the Governing Council of DRDF
SELECTION PROCEDURE:-
Interview - Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for interview after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidate s qualifications, suitability, experience etc.

Candidates must write his/her name, Contact Number (Mobile/Phone number) and address and post applied for on the reverse of the Fees Payment Challan /NEFT
c. Application fees by Demand Draft/Pay Order/cash/cheque/money order/postal stamps will NOT be accepted. The guideline for candidates who wish to pay the requisite fees by means of “PAYMENT CHALLAN” (where nearest Dena Bank Branch is available).
