Meghalaya based Adhunik Cement on 28 September 2012 was acquired by the Dalmia Cement Bharat for Rs 560 crore. Dalmia Cement acquired Adhunik cement. Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd has signed an agreement to buy Meghalaya based Adhunik Cement .
